Course Description:
HANDGUN TACTICS
Looking for a range that will allow you to work and perfect those defensive skills you earned. This is a fast-paced course where knowledge is key.
Obviously not for beginners, the purpose of this class is to allow intermediate-advanced level shooters to practice important defensive skills that ranges normally will not allow. All participants will work out of a holster (concealed or not) and will not be hindered by limited rates of fire.
You must have a good working knowledge of holster presentation and be familiar and comfortable with your firearm of choice. Know and be comfortable with range safety rules.
Each session will offer different skill-set training including low-light, strong-hand/support-hand defensive drills, shooting while moving, and many other important training opportunities.
Materials Provided by Students:
Firearm for Everyday Carry .380, 9mm, 40 Cal, 45 ACP
Strong leather belt or tactical belt
Strong side outside the waist band Kydex holster
50-100 rounds of ammunition for your firearm of choice
Eye and Ear protection
Cover garment
Open Vest or button up shirt
Closed Garment (shirt, sweater, roomy t-shirt)

Course Cancellation/Change
Substitutions of attendees may be made at any time.
Attendees must cancel at least 72 hours prior to the course date to receive a full refund less a $15 administrative fee.
For cancellations received within 48 hours of the course date no cash refunds will be provided. Instead, a one-time class rescheduling can be made. A rescheduled course must occur within 12 months from the original course date. If a course has not been attended within the 12-month period, all course fees are forfeited by the participant.
Failure to attend the course or cancellations less than 48 hours notification will result in no refund or credit of the course fee or rescheduling.
The Family Shooting Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule seminars/classes at any time. IF we cancel or reschedule the seminar/class due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, you are entitled to a full refund. The Family Shooting Center is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation. If The Family Shooting Center cancels a seminar/class in which you are enrolled, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when registering, so please be sure to provide a valid email address and check your email prior to attending class.
